"We lived on the east coast for 22 years and recently moved back to the midwest. This scene represents what I miss most - the lush, verdant spring dominated by azaleas and dogwood in late April and early May. We moved to Washington DC in August of 1987 but it wasn't until the following spring that I became mesmerized by the fairytale quality of the mid Atlantic landscape.
