Statement
All items on this website are authentic Joann Rea paintings and prints. It is difficult if not impossible to be totally accurate when reproducing paintings and prints on the Internet as every user's computer reproduces color differently. However, we have tried to be as close as possible on the coloration of artwork.
Copyright on both original paintings and prints is owned by Joann Rea, and the artwork’s image may not be reproduced without the express written authorization of the artist. The artist reserves the right to reproduce her artwork using printmaking methods other than Giclée.
Original Paintings
Original paintings are painted with oil as the medium and are painted on masonite board unless otherwise stated.
Reproductions
All prints are gallery quality Limited Edition Giclée prints with the exception of "Spring Colors" which is a lithograph. The original artwork has been meticulously reproduced with the image being as close to the original as possible. The artist has worked in close collaboration with the printmaker and has personally overseen the printmaking process. All prints come with a ‘Limited Edition Certificate of Authenticity.’
These Giclée prints are made using a professional grade, high-resolution digital inkjet printer. Inks used are Epson UltraChrome archival inks. Prints are reproduced on superior grade 100% cotton canvas unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing
Availability of artwork is not guaranteed by the artist. Prices are based on reqeust and do not include any applicable taxes.
Prices of prints are based on request and include shipping if shipped within continental USA. For shipping internationally, shipping options will be provided to the buyer in advance of purchase. Paintings and prints are sold unframed, and prints are sold unstretched unless otherwise indicated.
Prices of original paintings are given on request and prints and do not include shipping, handling or insurance. Options will be provided to the buyer in advance of purchase.
Artwork is guaranteed authentic by the artist and comes with a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ and a final invoice which includes shipping and handling fees. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item will be taken back and a full refund of purchase price minus shipping fees is offered. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as received before releasing funds.
